Generally for a 60 minutes yoga or Reiki session I charge $65. Up to 4 people can create a yoga group for $16 per person. I am available for group of friends, or couples wanting to host a yoga session to celebrate a specific theme. For those interested in learning how to be yoga teachers, or upgrade their hours, I offer yoga alliance registered curriculum for 200 & 300 hours training and CE. Separate prices available on request.

New clients will receive an extra 30 minutes of discussion and observation, where I will be able to understand their goals and objectives and any challenges that require extra attention.

Center for Natural Living offers 200 & 300(advanced) hour training in Hatha and Raja Yoga as described by the Sutras of Patanjali. Offering workshops and classes with in-depth instruction in Asana technique, Philosophy, and Energetic Bodies and Systems. Our small groups give you the chance to get individualized feedback from our instructors who embody yoga. With a strong focus on the techniques of structural and energetic anatomy of asanas our training will leave you feeling empowered and ready to share your practice. The lead teachers are rated ERYT500 instructors, each with a 500hr certification from the Himalayan Institute. The Center’s certification is sanctioned by Yoga Alliances.

My quest for answers and understanding of my life purpose has led me into the path of this self realization journey. In this journey, I found yoga, I found Reiki, and most of all I found the courage and the strength to live with peace through meditation. The realization came that it all flows together. All this combined and in union is what I offer. I teach what I live

My youngest client was 16 and the oldest 71. Within this age spectrum I trained them to understand the essence and the practice of yoga in their bodies. This enable them to go and share their learnings by becoming yoga teachers. I work with a wide range of body types, both in strength and flexibility. I work with those who need a deep relaxation in order to find an inner peace.

I recently completed another round of yoga teacher training. This was the comment received from one of my students " Irum ensured we learned what we needed to know in accordance to Yoga Alliance, but also gave us so much more. We dove into ourselves, our practice, and our philosophies. Irum is a master at her skill, but also knows how to lead and create a safe and intimate community."
