Professional experience
I will help you find the right balance - whatever meaning you attribute to this word. Together, we will assess, design, and build a personal practice for you that will provide a new body awareness, help you maintain the reestablished state of health. Maybe you will take these prescribed practices and do them on your own. Or you might require further guidance. Either way, your body and mind will keep improving while pain and weakness will be fading away. I have over 10 years experience teaching yoga and life coaching. I apply and share the knowledge I have gained over the years from all the trainings I have taken and teachers I have learned from. I communicate clearly and give direction that is understandable and work at the pace the client can handle and benefit from.
