About Fady Atik
Professional experience
I hold a 6th degree black in Aikido and 5th degree black belt in Shotokan Karate. I started my Martial Arts training in 1985 and I have more than 30 years experience in training people. I provide group sessions and 1 on 1 sessions as well. Sessions include stretching exercises and breathing technics to help people controlling themselves.

Fady was our Head Instructor for Martial Arts at our Summer Camp for July & August 2017 and he was professional, engaging with campers aged 7-15 and always had a smile!

I have never thought I would get attached to the practise of a Martial Art. Fady had a way to entice my interest in the art itself and the story behind it. He makes it easy to anyone with any capability to gradually enhance performance and I thank him for that. I would strongly recommend Fady. He is passionate of what he does.
