Jeff D.Bad experience. They did not fix the problem and over charged me. I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. I called them to complain and they won’t respond.
Mike C.Had an 8:00-8:30 a.m appointment. No-one showed by 8:45. We had to call and then it took 20 minutes for someone to call back saying there was a mix-up of some sort. Service never happened and neither will our potential purchase of an entirely new heating system in the spring.
Elsa S.Horrible experience. Artist has been dodging calls and never returned any of it. It was very disorganized and had to send details and info numerous times. They also DID NOT FINISH ON TIME and bridal party members MISSED THE CEREMONY which is very upsetting. Bridesmaid also had her hair half done which another bridesmaid had to fix. Bridesmaids false lashes were also falling off by the time we got to the reception. Very upsetting and regret it. Poor time management skills and very poor quality of makeup and hairstyling.

Steve B.He was a nice guy, but couldn't install a pump, so I am not sure why he is a plumber. I used an actual plumber that could install a water pump. I will not use this service again.

Very weird in my opinion... maybe this is how it is done now says, but I am old fashioned and need to know more about someone before throwing my money at them!
Christina B.Terrible! I received a text from a Brass rep and set up a phone call time to discuss service. The phone call came 4.5 hours after the prearranged time and I was unable to answer. I have not heard from them since. I have no reason to look to hire them based on this lack of follow through. They are the only company who contacted me. I am very disappointed. Neither Brass nor star of service has worked for me.

Rozmin L.David is frustrated with StarOfService! Instead of resolving his issue with SOS, he instead lashes out at the Customer for requesting a quote. I found his communication to be rude & obnoxious and am glad I wasn't given an opportunity to use his services - could have been a nightmare!
