Generally, our hourly rate is approximately $85/hour. However, the nature of the job, travel time, job duration, complexity and required skillsets will influence the rate. In some circumstances, some jobs and/or tasks are quoted for client convenience.

Generally, it starts with receiving a phone call or email. Ideally, receiving an email through my website is best as I may not always be available through the day to answer my phone. Receiving email inquires or requests provides me with more general information on the project, accurate customer information and follow up details. As well, I am able to do some research or fact finding in advance of following up with the customer. I always request an in-home consultation to meet the prospective client, review their needs and assess the work location. This is free. It enables the customer and I to align on expectations, assess fit, agree on timeframe and cost. I much prefer dealing in person that on the phone where possible

I have 20+ years performing home remodelling, renovations repairs in residential, rental properties and numerous projects for friends and family. I am a member and certified with ACHP. My professional experience includes roles as a field service technician performing installation and repair services, quality assurance inspections and 10+ years in various management / leadership role.

Typically, my customers have been new home owners, folks just moving into new homes, seniors and those that may be unable to perform many home maintenance needs. As well, I tend to get customers that may have some DIY skills....However, they would like to assure a more professional and quality appearance.
