Professional experience
As a Personal Trainer I work on helping you achieve your goals. Tackling your goals will require proper assessment and guidance. I don't hand you workout plans I train you to get you where you need to be. I became a Personal Trainer because I saw the value in helping people succeed. I aim to create an environment that promotes self-growth and development. You are not alone. You will gain strength, self-confidence, and control of your body and mind. My Training Philosophy is to get you comfortable with being uncomfortable. I will challenge you, break old habits, and create goals that will help build your overall well-being. Building on your body’s endurance is essential, this includes looking at your body’s Mobility, Strength and Conditioning.

Sal is amazing! He is so kind and willing to work with your needs and issues. He is eminently flexible and pushes, but not in a "no pain no gain" kind of way. I really enjoyed working with him.

I’ve been a client of Saleh’s for almost 1 year now and he has made working out the part of my week I look forward to the most! His workouts are challenging yet fun. He is knowledgeable, energetic, kind, compassionate and understanding. I’ve struggled with anxiety so going to the gym was always a battle, but he makes you feel like you’re in a safe space. Now I feel confident in myself and my abilities that going to a gym on my own time doesn’t bring on the nerves it used to. I’ve always wanted to be a “fit” person but never thought I would be able to get to the place where I am at now. Enjoying hiking, biking and physical activities has become so easy and a part of my life. He genuinely makes working out a fun and rewarding experience and I cannot wait to see where we are in another year. Saleh gave me my life back! After 35 years of sitting at a desk and commuting at least 2 hours a day, and after 10 years of working in a high stress environment, I was living in pain and on meds. Training with Saleh was the best gift I have ever given myself! His patience, motivation, eagerness to help and his unending awareness of physiology are outstanding. After a year of training with Saleh, I am able to do things that I never could before, like carry a 40 pound bag of bird seed from my car to the bird feeder, vacuum my whole house without being crippled for the next day and garden to my heart's content! Saleh is an amazing trainer and I looked forward to my workouts with him! I highly recommend him!

I have a three trier system where it is all based on the number of sessions you get.

We will set up an initial free consult at the studio where we go through the assessment and consult in order to learn as much as we can about you. This will allow me to help you better and establish the best working grounds to tackle your goals.

I have been in the fitness industry for the past 10 years, and there is nothing more enjoyable than to help my clients gain control of their health and body.

I have worked with various clients from 30 yrs to 67yrs. We have tackled various goals from losing weight, developing strength, eliminating pain, and creating better fitness habits and lifestyle habits to help lose and maintain weight down.

Always ask for their process. How would they intake you and how would they establish their working grounds to help you. Pay attention to how they explain their process. Do they take their time to help you understand or do they just throw scientific jargon just to overwhelm you. Do they spend a good time learning about you and your challenges and history. When was the last course that they have taken and do they express interest to grow more as a trainer or not. Are they paying attention to small details. Ask if they can call some of your client to ask how they experience their journey.
