I actually had to go up to him at one point and say at least play what I said must must play. I gave him food to take home. Nice man but listening to client is the most important thing.

I have only received one e-mail a week ago from someone saying they have availability to speak with me and asking if I would like them to call me. I responded yes the next day. It has been ten days and I still have not received a call or any other information about setting up an appointment. I have pretty much given up on getting a consult with you and am looking elsewhere. I would have preferred a direct e-mail or phone call instead of the e-mail I received with a type of automated messenger response giving a limited way of responding.

NK movers was hired for my local move in Jan 2019. As per the contract I had to pick up 30 boxes, and which were promised to be kept cleansed before pick up. Upon pick up, I realized the boxes were not only dirty had webs all over it and had to hygiene cleanse myself. On the day of move, as per the contract, it was documented to send a 26 ft truck for the move, but 20ft truck was sent. The guys doing to move had to adjust by organizing things in truck and spent an extra hour, for which I paid to the moving company. Thirdly, when I called up the office, receptionist took the complaint and had to revert back before settlement and I did not hear back from them. And at the end of the move, when I requested to speak to the manager. Manager refused to speak and the employee doing the move had to literally request the manager to speak to me. The manager was extremely rude and said will not wave of extra hour and had to plead for discount and eventually agreed to wave 30 mins off. And since the movers had to spent so much time adjusting stuff, the hours had gone up from the contracted hours, as a result I had to move the boxes myself from the truck to home. The movers managed to break the table during the move, and when requested to use insurance instead for paying back broken table, they pleaded not to do so, as their money will be deducted for the move, and they insisted on fixing the table using the adhesive. Overall, I will not recommend to use this company for your move.
