We met with our DJ ahead of our event, handed to him a long list of songs to be played and even “*” specific most important songs. These songs were important to our family as they were reminders of our recently lost loved ones. Although promised that they would get played, they did not all get played. We found the dinner music did not have enough variety, even though we left this to the Djs choice. Also we watched our DJ ask the hall servers for coffee and when he found there was no coffee left, our DJ threw his cup across the table, in anger. As an attempt to keep the situation calm, I told him I would have the hall make him fresh coffee and he refused and said he didn’t want any because he would be worried they would do something to it. This whole situation lacked professionalism. Considering the DJ was a crucial component to our event, and we made sure to meet with the him ahead of time to discuss our concerns, we were extremely disappointed. We felt that our money had been paid so the DJ didn’t care about the service provided.
