Since November Dave worked with me on strength training for a specific sport that I would be participating in this summer. When developing my programme, he took in to consideration my muscle weaknesses, my disability and my goals. Dave was extremely observant how I executed my movements during our training sessions. He gave me positive feedback which helped me become more aware of engaging the muscles I needed to use in the specific movements. He changed my programme at appropriate times to challenge me.
Dave was always enthusiastic and had positive energy during our training sessions.
