I’ve been playing the game myself and helping people along the way for about 9 years now. I can offer you everything you need whether your goal is to become stronger, more muscular, lose weight, or just feel more energetic, focused, and happier. All in as little as 1 hour a week! You don’t have to work so hard when you take an evidence based approach. I’m trying to change up the game by giving much more than just training. I can work with you to create a flexible but extremely effective meal plan/outline, a matching shopping list, grocery store tours, education resources, a comprehensive consultation and analysis of how your body moves, a flexibility routine, postural correction, and a workout plan that you can use to move towards your goals in as little as 1 hour a week from the comfort and privacy of your own home!
