I haven't always been a fitness enthusiast. I have underwent trials and tribulations due to mental health and weight loss. I enjoy eating to much and at this period in my life my emotions controlled my eating. I understand and appreciate what ever your obstacles may be. I am happy to help through training, an unbiased and non-judgmental ear if you need to talk. I specialize in weight loss and strength conditioning. I help you connect mind, body and soul. I believe solely in functional fitness, safe and controlled regiments that are effective and provide guidance. My goal is for you to become educated, accountable to yourself and achieve your goals by preventing injury or further injuries. Everyone has a goal and a story I would love to hear yours!
