Sarah the Yoga Teacher, also known as Sarah MacLeod, is a certified yoga instructor based in New Westminster, British Columbia. With over a decade of experience in the field, Sarah is known for her personalized approach to teaching and her dedication to helping students achieve their wellness goals. As the owner and director of Santosha Yoga for the past 5 years, Sarah has been leading yoga classes that focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and promoting relaxation. Her passion for yoga and its benefits has led her to offer private and individual classes, which can be tailored to the specific needs and goals of each student. Sarah's approach to teaching yoga is rooted in the belief that yoga is a practice that can benefit everyone, regardless of their age, fitness level or lifestyle. Her classes are designed to help students deepen their understanding of yoga and its principles, while providing a safe and supportive space for them to explore their practice. In addition to teaching at Santosha Yoga, Sarah is also the founder of Yoga By The River, a community-based yoga group that meets every week in downtown New Westminster. These classes are offered in partnership with the Downtown New Westminster BIA and are open to everyone, regardless of their level of experience. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Sarah the Yoga Teacher can help you find the right practice to fit your needs. With her extensive experience and individualized approach, she can guide you on your journey to improved physical and mental wellness.
