Never got back to me. I suspect he did not have the qualifications to help a competitive swimmer with strength training.

I had the pleasure of working with Mitch for the month of January and it was an absolute pleasure. We conversed weekly speaking at length about dietary values and helped me add small goals to the nutritional values I have been missing. He messaged me daily as a reminder to maintain my weekly goals and strive to break them giving me positive feedback and an overall exceptional attitude to helping me in my quest for fit. I unfortunately am training for a sports season and he had no actual fitness advice he could give as I am working with other trainers in that regard. Had a wonderful experience and will try and recommend to others looking for similar help. Thanks for all your help!

During this session, we'll discuss your objectives and develop a customized game plan to help you achieve them. I'll also guide you through a virtual movement assessment, enabling me to create a personalized workout and mobility routine that is specifically designed for your body, ensuring that we can work towards your goals safely and efficiently.

During my childhood, I felt extremely self-conscious about my physical appearance. Unlike my brothers, who excelled in athletics, I was always the last to be picked in gym class. Later in life I fell in love with behavioural science, and developed exercise and nutrition habits that fundamentally changed the relationship that I have with my body. I am now dedicated to inspiring my clients to cultivate similar habits, enabling them to feel confident and comfortable in their own bodies.
