Sarah has been wonderful to train with. Immediately from my first orientation session with Sarah, I felt super comfortable training with her. She has been very motivational and helped get me back on track and regularly working out on my own, in addition to personal training with her. Not only does she have a great training style, but Sarah has also been very helpful in giving me some tips for better eating habits, as well as some tasty recipes to try!

Everyone's goals are unique! My business provides services that can be mixed and matched based on what supports are needed to reach specific goals. Services can be combined, and long term plans using a monthly budget system are recommended.

All of my programs start with the Basic Movements and we build from there working at just the right intensity level that doesn't cause too much delayed onset of muscle soreness. You want to feel like you worked the muscle and be able to function a day or 2 after as well. As each session grows to a greater intensity, results accelerate and increase each week!

I have a Personal Training Specialist Certification, Acting Aging Certification, Trigger Point Level 1, CPR AED, and Thai Yoga Stretch Therapy Certifications.

I wanted to start a business based on supporting Women and Girls to grasp a good understanding of what being healthy and strong is and why it's so important to continue these routines throughout their entire life. I want to incorporate SMART Training and to education my clients that balanced programs yield far better results than over training with restricted diets. We want you to attain healthy life balance so you don't feel deprived, too exhausted or sore from your Training Program. This is not a once size fits all society. No matter what your ability, you are able to start a plan, with proper support. As a former Educator, I was able to see and experience how stress can affect your body from the inside out. I want to help My Clients fight back, and put healthy habits into their lives to combat what stress can do if left untreated. Making time for yourself and your family is #1. I Want to help Ladies create balance in their lives so they are Happier, Healthier and Stronger.

My main clientele includes fat loss programs. Other clients include sport specific training, programs that decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, and aging clients recovering from injuries, or working toward injury prevention.

I recently assisted a wedding party get in shape for an upcoming wedding. The girls were a lot of fun and they all participated in Private Training, Semi-Private Training, and My Body Weight Boot Camp Class. We had a blast and they all felt great for this special occasion.

My advice is to attend consultations for various trainers and see how they can best support you. All trainers are different and can specialize in different programming to help meet your needs.

Ask your potential trainer about the level of training you should start with. Also it's best to always communicate with your trainer. Make sure the relationship will be meaningful to you so you are more likely to take advice which gets you to your goals sooner. Honesty is always best. Ask about cancellation policies, flex plans and long term commitment pricing.
