About JTFitness
Professional experience
JTFitness is a home based personal training studio located in beautiful Cornwall Ontario. What sets us apart is that we are the only studio that offers one-on-one private personal training. Gyms are intimidating and we know that. Our goal is to create a safe and private environment to ensure you are comfortable while working hard to “shape a new you” Whether it’s for advice or questions, I will do our best to respond within 24 hours.
