My goal is to have the most positive impact I can on my clients and to help them discover the healthiest and the happiest version of themselves. This goes beyond just physical appearance- it’s also about mindset, motivation and a change in lifestyle. I spent years going up and down in weight and struggled with drinking and food issues. I was not confident in the way I looked or felt. One day, I made a decision that changed my life. I quit drinking, went on a diet and KILLED it at the gym. I lost 70 pounds and now I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in my life.
