Professional experience
I want to cancel Star of service. The leads are terrible. The support and customer service is even worse. I can’t cancel my subscription because they changed my free subscription to a paid one and won’t let me cancel my account now unless I pay for one month. But when I go to the cancellation form that they sent me it’s 27 pages long or more and requires a $15 charge to process this. Please don’t deal with this company star of service.

We are very pleased with Steve's quote and his quick response. It is always nice to deal with a professional who has been in the business so long. He was the DJ at our wedding 30 years ago and we have hired him for the music at our 30th anniversary.
