Part 1 - review
However there were unpleasant problems related to the contact I had with the DJ I hired through your site.
DJ Jason Bilotti from Hamilton sent me a quote. I filled up an agreement, payed a deposit and gave him the details of my event that happened on Saturday, November 24, 2018, in Saint Catharines.
I explained to Jason I was helping with a 90th birthday celebration. There was a lunch in a winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake then I drove the elderly ladies to Saint Catharines where we were supposed to meet him at a hall around 4:45 pm. Unfortunately there was a delay with the ladies, the service and traffic. We arrived at the hall around 5:20 pm. Jason, the DJ, was extremely rude. He was stressed out because of the delay and as soon as I arrived there with the ladies, he started shouting that there was a breech of contract and he would charge us more money because we had made him wait. He was unpleasant from the beginning to the end of the event.
Personally, I never saw an individual request more money for working less hours. But he demanded to be payed as soon as we entered the hall for the party. I had to insist and give directions many times regarding the services he was supposed to provide. He was not happy about requests of songs... (Part 2 to follow)
