My service is always all inclusive. Too many times I have encountered clients (usually as a sub contractor) who have wanted to cut corners to save a few dollars, only to find out that it was a mistake on the day of the event when there is too late to correct. My philosophy is simple, have every thing at your disposal, and if you dont need it, no worries.

All events are different, and have to be approached as such. When you hire Crazy D's, you have hired my All-Inclusive Service for the day. You can always bank on a few hours of consultation, and preparation. Day of event is usually 2 hours of set up and final preparation. The event hours, 6-8 is quite normal. Then the tear down, again, another 1-2 hours.

First and foremost, do your leg work and research. Do not take the advice of social media as the bible, as far too often, reviews are faked either by advertisers or friends of the business. If you wish to use social media as a reference source a good rule of thumb is talk to people on the phone and actually meet with them (Do not text). If a review uses a lot of superlatives without any back up photos, they have either been professional made (Fiverr) or friends of the business. Second, a brick and mortar business over online, so that you don't get duped (again, happens far too often money is sent to an online business electronically never to be recouped). If a cottage business (in house) meet at the place of residency to ensure legitimacy of business. This will not only save you a lot of last moment grief, but instill confidence about the vendor.

1) your qualifications do you have 2) are you licensed 3) do you have the tools and/or materials to complete the job 4) are you actually doing the work, or subcontracting it out to someone else 5) final costs, along with a contract 6) are you available and able to do the work, & 7) guarantee, warranty, along with recourse if something does not go as planned
