Professional experience
I specialize in training women who want to lose weight, gain strength and improve posture. My main group is 40-70+, but I do train down to as young as 16 years old. I offer in-person training, online training and hybrid in-person and online training. I also offer bellydance classes. What has set me apart from many trainers is that I started out as a Registered Nurse.

FAQs

I start out by gathering some general information either over the phone or via an email. Usually via email. I like to find out what part of the city a client lives and/or works in, and sometimes an exact intersection. The reason is I have many locations I work out of. I prefer clients come to me at one of these locations because my schedule is busy, so its better to see between 2-3 clients minimum in one location before I have to travel again. Locations are shared once we have started to correspond with each other. I set up a consultation. If a client buys a package the consultation is free. If they decide not to work with me I have to charge a fee for the time spent. Consultations can last between *information hidden*minutes depending on the person. There is a portion with lots of talking, then there is a physical portion where we do weight, measurements and exercises. If a client decides to buy training, we fill out an agreement together (a waiver is already signed at the beginning of the consult). We set a schedule and discuss any other relevant details. Then the journey begins!

I have worked with Men & Women. The majority have been weight loss . The majority of men and women are between *information hidden* What i have found the more experienced I become is that weight loss clients are never just weight-loss clients. Some want more strength, and some want improved posture. Some come to me thinking they want one thing, but realizing they need to work on other things too. Some change their goals when they start. Some come in for weight loss and decide they want to focus on strength. (In the end, weight loss or weight gain and looking good are byproducts of getting stronger). I have also had women come to me who need to gain weight. I often get clients with health conditions (high blood pressure, PCOS, Diabetes, Breast Cancer Survivors), they come to me because they trust me with my nursing background. I have also trained long term clients who became pregnant, and trained them after delivery as well.
