Alma is awesome! I have booked her 3 times in the past and will definitely continue to do so. I have also bumped into her at other engagements where I have been a guest.
From the standpoint of an event organizer, Alma is a consummate professional. She responds quickly to all communications, is 100% reliable, enjoys her work and provides stellar customer service to the event guests. Alma is friendly and has a great sense of humour. She comes fully prepared and needs little to no extra support from the event organizer. She quickly sets up (like in minutes) and then immediately gets to work showcasing her amazing talents as a caricaturist. In addition - the guests get to leave with a little souvenir of the event!
From a customer view standpoint, Alma is incredibly talented. Having her at an event can create a focus that allows strangers to begin to connect with each other. Her service can really act as an excellent icebreaker. Her service is one of a kind and having her at your event will definitely be a lasting memorable experience for your guests.
