I offer a 1h Free consultation where we go through the typical questions, concerns, what - where - when - why? Then we also go in details of the feel and ways to make those objectives come to life! Afterward, if we are a good match, the pricing system varies from hourly to fixed rate per project.

We go for a coffee and chat about you and what it is that you want to accomplish. Every event has a mind of its own and I am a strong believer that ANYTHING is possible! With an analytic and ingenuous mindset, I can come up with ideas and solutions all at once. I keep you in the loop every set of the way, after all this is YOUR event. The quotes and bookings will be reviewed with you if you wish before we confirm and move forward with the hired services. I take care of all the paperwork and organization, and that, to the very fine details. I make myself available anytime to chat on the phone, in person or email to best fit our schedule.

Having worked in customer service and multiple jobs at a time, I have become very good at strategic multitasking and keep organized. That made me the go-to person to set up an event, trip arrangements for family and friends right from the getgo. As for my Qualification on paper: I have a bachelor degree in Marketing Communication, a certificate in Advertisement a certificate in Event Planning & Management

I knew this was the avenue that I was passionate about. With passion you can do great things.

Engineers for a new technology development company, they came out with a new product on the market but before opening it to the public. I built a unique Product Launch Event, inviting business reporters from different media and it was a success! This coverage attracted furthermore investors and interest in many ways.
