My typical process is first to ask the client some questions: about the event, the outfit they're going to wear, the usual makeup look they do/like, if they want to show me some inspirational pictures for the makeup style they would like to do, etc... I, as well, always apply skincare before starting the makeup, according to their skin type.

•Educational background: -Junior makeup course: Makeup, cosmetics and the different techniques. -Professional makeup course: Bridal, ethnic, mature skin, fantasy and fashion show makeup. •Professional qualifications: -Freelancer makeup artist since +5yrs -Worked at Studio Caroline Theoret as a makeup artist mainly and i was also responsable for customer service and products sales.

First I graduated from University with a Bachelor degree in Advertising and Graphic Design, but i was always interested in makeup since i was young. I was doing makeup on the side as a hobby: i constantly watched makeup videos and tutorials on the internet and did different makeup looks/styles on myself, my friends as well asked me a lot to do their makeup. Thereby everyone (my family/friends) encouraged me to become a makeup artist. So i decided to begin from the start and change my career to pursue my passion! Finally I dedicated myself to become a full time Makeup Artist.

I worked with almost all types of clients: brides, professionals, teenagers, models, different types of skin including mature skin.

A recent project i enjoyed is when i had to do makeup for a bride with her bridesmaids. It took like 6-7 hours. I also sold them products. It was very amazing and fun. They were very satisfied with the results.

The advice i give to a client hiring a professional makeup artist is to make sure that they're comfortable with all skin types because it is really important to use the right colors on each skin; to check their portfolio, to make sure that they take care of your skin before applying makeup, to make sure that they use good cosmetics brand (for your skin safety and because good brands stay on for a long time), and finally and most importantly that they are clean (desinfect their hands, their brushes, etc...).
