Samaria is Calgary's most experienced licensed Chakradance facilitator. She was once a professional dancer, so dance has always been her life. A few years back she became interested in Eastern philosophy, the chakras, and started teaching Spiritual Dance. She teaches from a number of locations in Calgary. She holds classes and workshops on an ongoing basis.
Chakradance uses chakra balancing and healing, guided meditation, guided imagery, ecstatic dance, music specific to each chakra, Jungian psychology, and mandala art therapy to achieve effects similar to yoga. Samaria offers a journey that you go on within yourself, she is but the guide. She shows you the path, but you take your own path, whatever that may be.
