About La Trame: This revolutionary technique was developed by Patrick Burensteinas, a world-renowned alchemist and physicist. This alchemy based technique encourages the body to heal itself. It will restore coherence within the physical, mental and spiritual realm of our being by gently decrystallizing and releasing blocages that are typically caused by various emotions and traumas we've experienced like: birth, accident, surgery, illness, marriage, divorce, loss of a loved one, employment or home, repeated or longterm stress, malnutrition, substance abuse, verbal, physical or sexual abuse, .... ** What to expect: A Trame session lasts approximately 90min. You will lay comfortably on a massage table while remaining fully clothed. The certified practitioner will gently place their hands at 16 specific locations on your body without pressure or manipulation. Clients will often experience an immediate sense of well being. While emotional and physical relief may be experienced immediately, your body generally requires a minimum of 3 to 5 treatments, each at 3 to 6 week intervals, in order for your Trame to fully integrate the changes introduced during a treatment. ****** Access Bars Conciousness Access Bars is a gentle hands-on modality that was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s. The Access Bars are 32 points on the head, 'bars' of energy, that run through and around your head and connect to different aspects of your life. The Bars store the electromagnetic component of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything and that may have limited you in various areas of your life. Having a Bars treatment begins to undo limitations at their source. During an Access Bars session, you will lay fully clothed comfortably on your back, while a practitioner gently touches these 32 points to release their electromagnetic charge and therefore releasing the associated limitations. What is often experienced during a treatment is a sense of complete relaxation, some also experience visuals such as images or colors, others feel sensations in their body such as tingling, warmth, twitches or shivers. PAYMENT OPTIONS - Payments may be issued in cash or via e-transfer and must be received in full before your treatment begins. Insurance receipts are available. LATE ARRIVALS / CANCELLATIONS - I value your time and make every effort to be on time for all scheduled appointments. Please help support my efforts by arriving on time to your appointment. Late arrivals greater than 15min may need to be rescheduled. A 48 business hour notice is required for rescheduling and / or cancellation requests. What can I expect during a treatment session? *New clients will be asked to complete a short medical form. You will also have the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have if you wish to do so. Clients are often in awe of their treatment experience and feel the urge to talk about it. * What to expect during a Trame treatment? *You will remain fully clothed laying comfortably on your back on a massage table. You may also have a blanket if you wish. The practitioner will coach you through a brief breathing exercise, this will help your body relax thus encouraging your Trame to expand and allow the crystallizations to release with ease. You may feel as if your body is sinking into the table or as if you're separating from your physical body. Once the practitioner feels your Trame is ready to receive the treatment, you can simply relax and enjoy. You may even feel the urge to sleep, you are welcome to do so. Often clients have expressed experiencing light rocking, vibrating or an 'electrical current' sensation throughtout their body. Sensations of warmth or deep felt chills are also commonly experienced. An amazing sense of peace and well-being is often immediately felt.*
