The philosophy of Ayurveda is to increase wellness over the long run by addressing ailments at their roots. It aims to maintain health ﹠ well-being in the long run ﹠ also target the root causes of illness. Ayurveda specialist ﹠ Director of Ayurvedapath Wellness Inc., Vaidya Dhara Shah, has been practicing for almost three decades and received her degree in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery from the Gujarat Ayurveda University in India. Having obtained her post-graduate degree from the Institute of “Post Graduate Training and Research“ in Jamnagar, India, she has worked as an Ayurvedic Doctor in Edmonton for more than a decade. She is also offering Ayurveda workshops in the purpose of educating people and creating more awareness of health, healing and wellbeing. Dhara is passionate about offering an Ayurvedic approach in the modern context for optimal health and well-being of her clients. With her wide knowledge and expertise as an Ayurveda Doctor, she strives to guide her clients to their optimal health.
