I am a Ontario Fitness Council certified personal trainer. I also have a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion for Humber College. I teach group classes ex. TRX, Boot Camp, Circuits, and Aerial Yoga.
I train each client individually, tailor all workouts to be specific to your goals, and will do my homework if I don't know something. I can be in contact with your physiotherapist, chiropractor or other health care professional to work as your HEALTH CARE TEAM, if you wish.
Fitness on the Go is a company dedicated to creating healthy lifestyles. We service all of Canada. We make fitness easy, by coming directly to the client and working out in the privacy of their own home. From as little as twice a month, to as many as twenty times a month we guide clients through an exciting, effective workout. We will never charge for a session you do not enjoy and you can switch your trainer until you find the best match for you.
My extensive background from specialty populations with a wide range of conditions to training high performance athletes, to the General population. My educational experience and training has given me the ability to cater to a very wide range of clients/patients. I also have had a great variety of experience s training and continually learning under high performance, as well as clinical health and fitness professionals across North America.

We work with clients through the whole process from start to finish, both creating the necessary structure and managing the outcome. It's about assessing each clients body and making sure we're doing the most effective program based on current lifestyle, body type, and factoring in personal preferences. We start with the overall design of each program and move into daily communication, helping with meal set-up, checking details of how each client feels with current nutrition and training, and then moving into detailed weekly assessments. We manage this process by making sure each client is gaining muscle and achieving a level of leanness and health they desire. No guess work, with questions and concerns answered immediately, all with a one to one approach between us and the client.
