Wellness can be generally defined observing several different faucets of the human condition, from mental resilience, spiritual depth, emotional being and finally physical capacity. I believe that functional movement and the doses it’s taken in can best serve the individual as a vehicle to move all measurements of wellness from unfit to fit.
