Professional experience
As your wedding coordinator I will ensure you and your fiance have no worries or responsibilities on the day of your wedding. Another focus as part of my services is to make sure you have many moments with each other as newlyweds during the day of your wedding.    My business specialises in weddings that are hosted at venues that offer both an indoor and outdoor setting for their guests such as barns and private property farm weddings. I have spent the past three wedding seasons as the wedding coordinator at the Slit Barn in Cambridge, Ontario. When I am not on-site for wedding coordination, I am usually managing the catering services for weddings in the Waterloo region which gives my clients ease of mind when overseeing all their vendors on the day of.  One of the ways I help my couples to stay calm, and happy throughout planning is to assist them in narrowing down their wedding day vision and make it unique to them as a couple. I would be happy to help with this as I have a background in full service wedding/event decor design and floral installations. On the day of I am happy to help with setting up DIY decor elements that you would like to include as well.

My starting investment for the following services are as follows: Day of Wedding Coordination is $*information hidden*+HST Month of Wedding Coordination is $1,*information hidden*+HST Full Wedding Planning is $3,*information hidden*+HST I can provide you with a custom quote by meeting with you for a complimentary consultation to discuss all the elements and details that you are envisioning for your special day.
I always like to meet with potential clients in person or through online video calls where I go through a detailed questionnaire that helps me get to know them on a personal level while also sharing personal and professional details about myself. I ask about their relationship, their careers, interests, hobbies and personal tastes as well as their vision for their wedding day. After the initial consultation, I will put together a proposal with a custom quote for the couple to review together. Once the proposal is accepted , we review my service contract together and once that is signed, the deposit is paid. Depending on the service the couple books, I will send a customized road map of how our work together is going to look from the time the booking is finalized to the day of the wedding.
