Rate is currently set at $230 per hour/session. You may wish to look into whether you have coverage through your work or school to see a Registered Psychologist. Please note that I am registered in the Province of ONTARIO and see clients residing in Ontario only for sessions. Clients typically e-transfer on the date of appointment.

I offer video or phone sessions for clients living in Ontario on a secure medical platform. Intake involves gathering information about your background, struggles, and symptoms and collaborating with you to develop a plan for helping you move toward your values and goals. It is a process of getting to know you, what matters to you, and getting curious about the thoughts or ways of coping that might be getting in the way of you feeling better.

I have a 4 year undergrad degree in Psychology from Guelph University, a 2 year Master's degree from Queen's University in Clinical Psychology, and a 4 year Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from Queen's University. I did a 1 year residency at London Health Sciences Centre and have worked in private practice and hospital settings (a Fibromyalgia clinic, diabetes clinic, anxiety/mood, and eating disorder clinic). I love learning and engage in regular continuing education in the areas of trauma, mood, self-compassion, narcissistic abuse, and emotionally immature others.

Since about 11 years of age, I wanted to be a psychologist. I am fascinated with how we think, cope, and navigate the messiness of life & relationships. I am passionate about helping others to learn how to develop a healthier relationship with the self.

I have worked extensively with clients who struggle with anxiety, worry, perfectionism, not-good-enough-ness, depression, chronic pain, burnout, eating & body image issues, and relationship difficulties. I often work with clients who are trying to navigate or heal from relationships with emotionally immature or narcissistic others.
