FAQs

All of our jobs our charged by the job itself, price is determined based on a couple different factors such as stairs and location!

We usually ask for at least a week’s notice prior to your move so that we can schedule you in precisely!

I have personally been moving pianos since 1997 and have gained vast experience and knowledge working for other top piano moving companies throughout the GTA.

We have worked with all types of clients from different musical groups, I have personally moved Elton John’s Red Yamaha while in Canada! I have also moved one of a kind hand built Steinways from the early 1900’s!

Recently we donated our time and brought a piano to Meridian Hall for a SickKids fundraiser!

One question I tell all my customers to ask may sound counterintuitive but when you think about it it makes sense! Always ask if your piano mover has ever dropped a piano, if they reply no then get out of there, they obviously haven’t moved enough and don’t have the proper experience! Most true piano movers only move pianos and move anywhere from 5 to 10 pianos a day that’s over 300 pianos a year! No one in life is perfect especially piano movers so if they have never dropped they haven’t moved enough!

Always give precise details as in how many stairs, location and size of your piano so that the proper crew can be sent to complete your move!
