Professional experience
I don't just bake cakes... I create them. I pour my heart into them. I whip them into sheer perfection. Using quality ingredients like fresh butter, eggs, buttermilk, egg whites, fine chocolate, and cream. And that's the part you don't see... I have been creating Custom cakes since *information hidden*..prior to that I worked over 20 years in Bakery shops.

My starting price is the base price for a butter cream or fondant covered cake. I base this on servings needed.
The client can contact me via email or phone, or thru my website. They let me know the servings needed, theme, and if they have any designs they like, they can send them to me. I will then get them a price quote.
I have over 25 years experience. I was a cake decorator at grocery stores for over 15 years, and then I taught myself fondant. I have, however, taken many classes with Master Sugar artists and online courses. I am also a member of Cakeheads, where one can learn decorating skills as well.
Servings needed. Their vision of what their dream cake looks like. Ask if the Cake Designer has experience in what they want, and if they are Health Inspected and Licensed.
