I am dedicated to providing support to each client so that they can walk through this journey successfully and finally achieve their goals. I know what its like to fight through these things alone and that's why its so important to me that no one goes through life alone. We begin by doing a phone/ video consultation where we meet and chat about goals, I answer any questions you might have about my services. Then we book in for our first session between this I will provide you with a client agreement and we will begin our time together. The frequency of sessions is dependent on your needs though I recommend weekly appointments to get the most out of my services.
I have completed a B.A in psychology and am almost completed my M.A. counselling psychology. Currently completing my final months of practicum before receiving my degree for my M.A.
I worked with a coach who changed my life. She pushed and challenged me in amazing ways that inspired me and supported me to make the changes I needed to make to move forward. Because of her and other members of my team I have made so much progress and since I am passionate about people and supporting people I wanted to take the next step that I could and offer coaching services to walk through your journey with you.
I have experience counselling individuals with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image issues, low self esteem, addiction, Borderline Personality Disorder, Those struggling with relationship problems or those feeling stuck and unable to move forward.
