I, generally, like to work with one for 6 month, to unable time to make lasting changes.

I like to have a first complimentary consultation to connect and understand the need of the client, and for the client to get to know me and how I work. If we decide to work together, I would then, send all the necessary to start, contract, link to appointment book, payment details...

Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy (includes herbal medicine and nutrition), as well as a Certificate in Health Coaching from IIN

I started 15 years ago, when my acupuncturist, gave me some herbs to treat me and I remembered that I wanted to do this as a youngster.

Mostly, weight-loss client, as well as mental health patients.

A client came to see me for weight loss, she was diabetic and her doctor's dietician had advised her to continue eating the same way she had been. I changed her diet, according to her need, and within 3 month, she not only had lost weight, but wasn't using insulin any longer, and wasn't even checking her blood, as it was perfect every time. I, particularly enjoyed that she trusted me, followed instructions and got results because of it.
