Our prices are in line with the market prices, The cost depends on the complexity of the project and the final quality as well as on the job conditions. Our estimates include all the details, such as quantity, items included in the quote, sizes and drawing of the proposed project.

I initially meet with the client to discuss the needs and goals of the client. Within few days I prepare a written proposal at no cost to the client. When the client accepts the proposal we work out all the details, prepare permit application when needed and after obtaining the permit I prepare final estimate for the job. The building department may have additional requirements that affect the cost. After the client accepts the final quote I prepare an agreement that spells all the details and conditions of our cooperation as well as the price, deadlines and what is expected of each party including the payment schedule. Wen we start working we try to make it as easy and pleasant for the client as possible by the project requirements. We take care of all the inspections, site cleaning and protection of client's property, The job is fully guaranteed for two years.

I have background in sciences and electrical/ chemical engineering. In 2010 I have completed courses on Ontario Building code and I have BCIN number: *information hidden*I have 20 years of experience in this field. I stay on top of new developments in the construction industry and I regularly educate myself.

We have recently built a two storey addition in Toronto. It took us 6 months to complete, mostly due to changes and new design developments during the course of project. The project was challenging because the owner lived in the house during construction and the space for working was very limited. It turned out to be very pleasant experience.

Make sure that you can easily communicate with the contractor and that there is right chemistry between you and the professional. You will be stuck together for a while and you will be entrusting to the profession your most valuable asset - your house plus a lot of money.

Try to think through all the details of the project before it starts, such as colours, types of materials that you like. Ask for 3D drawings of the final product so you can imagine how it looks at the end.
