BFA in photography and graphic design

I used to work as a full time in-house graphic designer and I still remember the day when I finally saved up enough to buy my own first camera (a Canon DSLR). I was so stoked and started taking pictures wherever I went. As my photography skills improved and I started to produce some high quality shots I began selling pictures at a stock photos site. I loved photography so much that on top of my main job I was creating projects on my own and spending my weekends taking photos, dreaming that one day that I could just do photography for a living. In 2014, I lost my job due to company restructuring layoffs, and I took that as a sign of positive change: it finally gave me that push to start on my own as a freelance photographer.
