Good listener, utilizes a bunch of techniques and approaches I used to read about, so I know that she is knowledgable and I trust her for that reason

I don’t think art therapy is helpful in my case, I need a more structured approach for my kid.

Christine intorduced the concept of mindfulness to me, and it was an eye-opener at my 56 years old!) As traumatized as my experience was, it still helps to look into the root cause of your reactions, no matter how scary the idea seems at first. Worth a try, highly recommend!
