Compassionate, straight-forward and down-to-earth, I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples and families. With a strong passion for self-help and wellness, I offer support as clients build on their strengths and continue to move forward in their lives. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and uses a variety of therapeutic approaches based on the individual needs of her clients. I am specially trained and has experience in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Gottman Couples Counselling, Family Systems, Bowen Theory and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My treatment specializations include anxiety/depression, dating and relationships, couples counselling, family counselling, parenting support, post-partum support, separation and divorce, work and career issues, stress management and conflict resolution. I use a client-centered and collaborative approach, helping clients find the root of their challenges and ultimately gaining the skills to help themselves. Most importantly, my compassionate, down-to-earth personality and warm sense of humour provide a calm, safe and nurturing environment for clients to grow, change and heal.

very convenient to have sessions online, but you need to make space for it in your home, and I have no privacy in mine) As for the therapist, I really like Anna, she is thoughtful, structured, determined to help me even though I realize I am pushing back a lot.
