Professional experience
I believe that change is already inside each person, waiting to happen with the right support and information. For nearly 20 years, I have helped people to get clear about their troubles and to heal emotional injuries. I help adults of all ages with many issues such as self-esteem, relationship problems, work problems, and life transitions. People who come to me for help may be experiencing worry, anxiety, panic, depression, sleep disturbances, or chronic pain. My professional approach to each person's needs is tailored, drawing from cognitive behavioral, developmental, and body-centered frameworks.
