My friend referred my to Cheryl when I was having a rough patch with my ex. Well, the rough patch turned out to be an unhealthy relationship that I finally plucked up courage to end. I could not have done it myself!

I live in a small town, close community, and online sessions with Cheryl were an eye-opener for me. I love people around me, but when you are different, you feel misunderstood all the time and you think that something is wrong with you, but Cheryl made me realize so many things about myself! And she made me feel accepted. I appreciate our talks very much

Cheryl helped me cope with a severe breakup, and we figured out next things to work on on the way. Therapy is a lifelong journey, but it pays off every day
