FAQs

We use a value-based pricing formula not based on the client's ability to pay. We also use flat-fee pricing where our fees will not change with minor volume variations. If we quote a firm price we will stick with it as long as we can. But we will not quote a specific fixed price because accounting services are not a commodity.
Our process is to listen to your problem, offer initial advice over the phone and offer a firm price quote where possible. We do not charge a fee for basic consultation and we advise the client before we undertake any chargeable work.
We got CRA to release a garnished bank account in less than 1 week, We created a full set of books from a shoebox We applied for COVID wage subsidy without the client asking
Hire the person or company with whom you feel most comfortable. Be sure that they will take the time to answer all your questions in the way you understand it. This means you can ask as many questions as you need or as great a detail as you need for you the client to be comfortable. If any of your questions are dismissed or not fully answered that is not the right person for your company. You deserve to be completely satisfied.
What is it that they hope to achieve? What is their best outcome? What is their worst outcome? Where do they think they need accounting help? What did the previous accountant do wrong to make you, the client want to change?
