My program for self defense and training in general incorporates various system of martial arts. From western boxing, to Kung fu, Muay thai, Jeet kune do. I approach training in a balanced way, meaning one must not only train the technique, skill, and drills. But also taking care of the body, via proper stretching, nutrition, breathing exercises etc... All of these aspects make up the Equilibrio self defense program. Also I train people for specific fitness goals, mainly focusing and stemming from bodyweight, flexibility, mobility and coordination training.
I offer training for real life scenarios, threat and response management, self defense skills from a variety of systems such as western boxing, muay thai, kung fu, and jeet kune do.
I also offer fitness and strength training mainly based and focusing upon bodyweight (calisthenics), coordination and flexibility training.
