I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist as well as a Certified CrossFit Trainer. I started with one on one personal training in regular big box gyms. I have roughly 15 years experience helping people and have owned my own CrossFit gym for eight years now. My passion is nutrition. Telling the truth about how health and weight loss work, blood sugar/insulin/diabetes, leaky gut/gut bacteria, real food.
We work with clients through the whole process from start to finish, both creating the necessary structure and managing the outcome. It's about assessing each clients body and making sure we're doing the most effective program based on current lifestyle, body type, and factoring in personal preferences. We start with the overall design of each program and move into daily communication, helping with meal set-up, checking details of how each client feels with current nutrition and training, and then moving into detailed weekly assessments. We manage this process by making sure each client is gaining muscle and achieving a level of leanness and health they desire. No guess work, with questions and concerns answered immediately, all with a one to one approach between us and the client.

Personal Training that targets specific goals for every individual, no goal to big or to small for our well educated and experienced trainers.
