I began my fitness journey at the age of 16. I was told that it would improve my poor posture and alleviate back pain I had due to scoliosis. Within a few months my posture was greatly improved and my back pain was all but gone. I have been training consistently ever since. I became a personal trainer because my interest in fitness and exercise far outweighed my interest in any other career I pursued. I started power lifting in 2014 to make use of all the hard work I was doing. My first competition was in June of 2014 where I set a new provincial bench press record. My goal is to help others look past their perceived limitations and unlock their true potential.
