Brother MFC - 295 CN ink printer. New ink cartridges installed. Printing heads cleaned. Test prints come out blank. Please quote price to realign print heads. Not in hurry for repair, using backup printer but will eventually require fax scan and copy function of this four function printer.

The bottom cover was opened up to find the piece of paper that was stuck. A couple of springs were disengaged and am unable to detect their location. Am therefore not able to put the machine back together. Otherwise the the printer is functioning ok
